Fauxworthy Podcast Episode 3: Summer Television

by on July 20, 2015

One of the reasons I haven’t posted much content this summer is that I have been trying to catch up on a great amount of television. I plan on making a post about my Summer of TV in the next month or so, but for now, suffice it to say that television has become a priority over movies for me.

Last week, I joined my friend Bryan Faux over at “Fauxworthy” to discuss some of the highlights of this fantastic summer of television. In the episode (which clocks in at a shade over an hour), we discuss “Halt and Catch Fire” — while somehow mistaking its Texas location for California — “Hannibal”, “UnReal” and “Mr. Robot” — where we struggle to pronounce Rami Malek’s name for a while.

“Hannibal” is my favorite show on television, so hopefully talking through it and its cancellation will prove therapeutic for me.

Here’s a link to the podcast: https://bfaux.wordpress.com/2015/07/19/the-fauxworthy-podcast-episode-3-a-surprising-and-stellar-summer-tv-season/

And here’s a timeline for what went down:

“Halt and Catch Fire” 1:15-14:55

“Hannibal” 14:55-34:33

“UnReal” 34:33-49:29

“Mr. Robot” 49:29-1:08:52

Enjoy!
